Hullabaloo Huddle Fall Fundraiser – November 7
BTHO South Carolina!
Game time is 2:00pm — Come join us early to have lunch, visit with fellow Aggie Moms and bid on wonderful auction items.
Join us for our annual Fall fundraiser, Hullabaloo Huddle Watch Party and Silent Auction. Watch the game live with Aggie Fans — all are welcome — Aggie Moms and Dads, Aggie students, friends, and family! Enjoy food and drinks — certain drink orders will have a donation given back to our Aggie Moms’ club.

The guest speakers is Lieutenant General James W. Bierman Jr., TAMU Commandant Corps of Cadents.
For the 5:30pm crafting hour, we are hosting a Make, Take, and Bless project with creating Aggie themed lighted glass blocks. You make two, one for yourself and one for the club to sell as part of the boutique. Sign-up using the QR Code in the flyer. Limited to 12 people.
The November Spirit of Service project is Mission of Yahweh.
Fall 2026 Care Package Package Assembly and Distribution
Volunteer sign-up coming soon. We will require help with assembling the care packages, making baked goods, and delivering the care packages at College Station and Galveston campuses. We would love your help.
Assembly: Sunday, November 29
Delivery: Monday, November 30
College Station: 10 AM–3 PM, MSC 2400
Galveston: 10 AM–12 PM, Flag Room
Vacanva Photo Session Fundraiser
For your $99 donation to the NWHC Aggie Moms’ Club, you will get a custom-designed portrait session with one of Vacanva’s professional photographers and a 16×20 print. All other prints and files are sold separately. Vacanva has photographers all over the United States. Family Weekend Raffle
Our club is selling raffle tickets for three amazing prizes. The drawings will be held on April 10, 2027 during the Texas A&M Family weekend. Winners will be notified by phone or email. You may purchase tickets during the general meetings, at family weekend or online using the below button. Tickets are $10 each or 6 for $50. You choose toward what prize to submit each purchased ticket. Proceeds from the sales benefit student scholarships.
