The Board of the Federation of Texas A&M University Mothers' Clubs invites you and your Club members to join us for our Spring Federation Meetings that will take place via Zoom on Friday and Saturday, April 9 and 10, 2021.

Friday, April 9, 2021 ~ 6:00pm

Federation Business Meeting, Election of 2021-2022 Officers, Directory Dedication

Virtual Sign-In - 5:30pm to 6:00pm

Business Meeting - 6:00pm to 7:00pm  

 

Saturday, April 10, 2021 ~ 9:00am

General Meeting, Installation of 2021-2022 Board Officers

Virtual Sign-In - 8:30am to 9:00am

General Meeting - 9:00am to 10:30am

 

The Meetings are open to all members, not just officers and/or voting delegates.   A day or two prior to the meeting date, the Zoom link will be sent to the email addresses provided.  

 

The registration link for voting delegates will be sent to Club Presidents in a separate email.
