I'm sending out this detailed update in place of our monthly meeting. Unfortunately, we will be unable to meet this month due to social distancing guidelines.
We hope to resume our general meeting as planned in May. I will keep you posted as we know more regarding that meeting date. Right now, we are planning the May meeting for May 12th, 2020.
Book Awards
April entries can be applied for through our website at https://www.nwhcaggiemoms.org/
Membership
You can register for your 2020-2021 membership directly through our website. We will offer a special price for members who renew in April & May for only $30.
Student Organization Voting
Each year we donate to student organizations on campus based on the number of votes by our membership. As a club member, you are entitled to 3 votes for the club or group of your choice. The amount donated is based on the number of votes collected for each organization.
This is usually done at our April meeting, but since we will not be holding that meeting this year, you will be able to vote through email. Links to the list of current organizations and the Ballot Form have been emailed to you (see email titled "Student Organization Voting Form" sent April 4). Please use the Ballot Form to vote. Email the completed form to nwhc.membership@aggienetwork.com by midnight 4/30/20!

Lastly, we are beginning to plan our Summer Mixers. As the "Stay at Home" orders lift, we will be scheduling 3 Summer Mixers. These are social events held for new Aggie Moms. They're a great way to learn about Texas A&M University and our Aggie Moms' Club, as well as to welcome new members and visit with current members who live in your area. If you know of a "new" Aggie Mom, please keep her informed on our upcoming events.
