This is a friendly reminder that The Federation of A&M Mothers' Clubs will vote on Bylaw and Standing Rules revisions at the August 19, 2023 Business meeting.
|
On July 11, 2023, the Board approved these revisions and per the current Bylaws, the Federation membership must now approve.
|
Please find attached 4 documents for your review. The Federation Bylaws, redline & clean version, and the Standing Rules, redline & clean version.

Copies will not be available at the meeting. If you have questions regarding any of the revisions, please email Johnna Lenamon at federationpres@aggiemoms.org prior to the meeting.

The final versions will be reviewed by an English Professor to ensure all grammatical errors have been addressed. There is no need to email those types of suggestions.
